The CEO of the Emblems Collection label described the upcoming Hotel Bellevue Cortina d’Ampezzo, opening in Q4 2026, as "perfectly embod[ying] the essence of the Emblems brand: refined and exclusive hospitality, in which luxury and intimacy come together"
Hotel Bellevue Cortina D'Ampezzo hopes to bring an alpine club feel to the Northern Italian ski resort, with relatively modest interiors given the property's significance as the first Emblems hotel in Italy.
Accor's regional VP for development of luxury brands, Paul Rosenberg, said of the property's location, "Cortina d’Ampezzo is the ideal setting for Italy’s first Emblems Collection hotel - an emblem of heritage, prestige, and natural beauty. More than just a luxury hotel, this project is a landmark that redefines alpine hospitality, offering an unparalleled experience in one of Europe’s most iconic mountain resorts."
Continuing, Maud Bailly, who is CEO of Sofitel Legend, Sofitel and MGallery as well as Emblems, added, "This new destination is a true source of pride for us as it seamlessly blends luxury and nature, emotion and experience."
The hotel will debut with 80 keys, including 27 mountain-view suites, along with a spa and indoor and outdoor pools at its on-site wellness centre.
Several deals for further Emblems properties across Europe are in advanced stages.
