Cosmos issues second edition brochures for 2014/15

Cosmos Holidays has launched its second edition Summer Holidays and Greece 2014 brochures as well as its Indian Ocean brochure for 2014/15 with a deposit of ?49 per person for bookings made before March 31 with nothing to pay until ten weeks prior to departure.

For both summer holidays and Greece brochures, the range of family product has been reviewed and a new family holiday concept ?Ultimate Family? has been introduced to highlight properties which provide an exceptional family holiday experience. Eye-catching logos in the brochures will help agents identify the best option for their customers.


The newly branded ?Ultimate Family? properties feature outstanding family facilities including family rooms, entertainment, playgrounds plus kids? menus with a choice of more than 40 hotels across 14 destinations. Also available are a choice of ?Family Friendly? branded properties that offer a choice of facilities and good value for money.


Holidays to Tunisia are also now available with the launch of Monarch?s scheduled flights to Enfidha from Gatwick and Manchester (Wednesday and Sunday) offering shorter transfer times to a range of resorts including Port El Kantaoui and Sousse. A seven-night package price leads in at ?299 per person.


The operator has also developed its Croatia programme for 2014 to include the region of Split with flight departures from Birmingham available three times weekly. As well as the city of Split, resorts include Podstrana, Vodice, Sibenik, Baska Voda, Tucepi, Makarska and the Island of Brac.


The new Summer Holidays programme offers flexibility across 19 destinations featuring mini-summer breaks of up to six nights, traditional seven- and 14-night holidays as well as long stays from 15 to more than 100 nights. Mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Italy, Algarve, Madeira, Malta, Croatia, Montenegro, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Morocco and Tunisia are now on sale.


Meanwhile, the company has introduced the Aegean island of Thassos as well as the mainland region of Halkidiki to its 2014 Greece brochure which brings the total of featured destinations to 23. The new destinations are packaged with charter flights from Gatwick and Manchester to Kavala (for Thassos) and from Gatwick to Thessaloniki (for Halkidiki).


This year sees the launch of the operator's new ?authentic? concept across the Greece programme with its own symbol in the brochure to help agents identify traditional style accommodation for customers wanting an idyllic and authentic Greek getaway. Hotels have been selected for their charm and traditional ambience, are often family-run and located in quieter resorts. A total of 75 new properties have been introduced ranging from high spec boutiques to traditional simple Greek hotels and self catering apartments.


An expanded range of ?Dream Wedding? locations are also featured across Rhodes, Kefalonia, Zante, Skiathos and Skopelos, while honeymoon packages are highlighted in the brochure for the first time. Prices lead in at ?375 for a civil or church wedding in Rhodes.


Seven-night package prices lead in at ?199 per adult and ?149 per child, while seven-night package prices for the newly featured destinations start from ?519 per person for Thassos and from ?489 per person for Halkidiki.
The company has also launched its Indian Ocean brochure with an expanded range of luxury properties in key destinations of Goa, the Maldives, Mauritius, Kenya and Sri Lanka to include a newly featured East Coast region with the resorts of Passikudah and Trincomale.


Seven-night package holidays lead in at ?599 per person in Goa, ?8 in Sri Lanka and ?1,095 in Kenya. All package prices include flights, accommodation and airport transfers.
