After earning a place on the low-risk list, Travel Counsellors is anticipating Spain and Greece as the top destinations for winter 2021/22 and summer 2022.
Releasing its latest booking figures, Travel Counsellors has crowned Spain and Greece as the most popular destinations for winter 2021/22 and summer 2022 holidays.
In what was its third highest trading week since March 2021, an influx in global new bookings was spurred on by promising announcements of a two-tier travel system and reduced testing. A 24% upsurge of new winter 2021/22 bookings was observed, along with a 20% spike in summer 2022 bookings, led by Greece, Spain and the USA.
Spain (20%) and Greece (13%) are firm favourites for late summer breaks throughout the rest of September and October.
