The Harbor Club invites agents to 'Lunch & Learn'

The Curio Collection by Hilton hotel, in St Lucia, is offering dedicated training sessions, updates and key selling tips.

The Harbor Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, St Lucia has invited agents to keep up with the latest product knowledge at dedicated 'Lunch & Learn' training sessions with its UK based sales team.

Arming agents with the latest offers, discounts and incentives while updating them with valuable product information, the 30-minute online sessions have been crafted specifically for the UK travel trade.

The sessions are ideal for small groups of agents and can be scheduled to coincide with lunch hours or afternoon breaks, or can be booked on-site and in-person.

Agents can book a personalised session by emailing Suzy Trott, the UK sales representative at Silva Lining, at suzy@silvalining.org with suggested dates, timings and group sizes.

Suzy Trott, UK sales representative at Silva Lining, explained: "These small group sessions are personalised and a great way for agents to learn about the Harbor Club product. We work hard to center the sessions around key selling tips to ensure agents are successful in making bookings. The Harbor Club product is developing constantly, and its versatility means there are numerous opportunities to sell to clients with very different holiday needs.

“I’m truly excited to bring these concise, detail specific sessions to agents and can’t wait to showcase the potential The Harbor Club holds for their clients.”
