G Adventures has suspended tours aboard its G Expedition ship which were scheduled for departure on September 30, 2020, and October 21, 2020.
However, there are 21 departures to European destinations which will continue to operate. So far, the tours scheduled for beyond September 30 this year have not been suspended.
Following the ABTA guidance, G Adventures has made rebookings and refunds easier for UK travellers affected by the suspensions. All travellers who had booked a tour up until September 30, 2020 will have the option to rebook their tour for a future date, choose a different tour or receive a fully protected refund credit note with 100% of the amount paid for the booked tour services and an additional 10% travel credit as goodwill gesture. If travellers prefer a cash refund, it will be provided no later than January 31, 2021, with their money financially protected via the refund credit note in the interim. Those who have not yet made their final payment will have their lifetime deposit reserved for a future tour.
