Eurostar restarts services to Disneyland Paris

Eurostar has restarted its direct service from London to Marne-la-Vallée, allowing travellers to access Disneyland Paris.

The theme park has reopened with controlled capacity, enhanced health and safety protocols and a new online reservation system with advanced ticketing. A video has been released to create awareness about the changes in operation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6mYzhkTOZE&feature=youtu.be

Fares start at £39 for adults and £31 for children, and all bookings with Eurostar until December 31, are now available for exchange with no extra charges, up to 14 days before departure. Bookings until 13 days from the day of departure and on day of departure will be charged an exchange fee of £30 for standard class, £40 for standard premier, and £15 for children.

As part of its additional hygiene measures, a new seat map has been introduced in trains to keep adequate distance between the travellers, in compliance with the government’s physical and social distancing guidelines. Trains will be deep cleaned before every trip, and cleaning teams will regularly disinfect high contact areas. In addition, all travellers are required to wear a mask on board and on stations.

Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney Village, Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel, Disney's Hotel Cheyenne and Disney's Hotel Santa Fe have restarted operations, with enhanced health and safety measures guidance from the French government. Characters in the park will be there to entertain guests, and the dining and shopping experiences have returned throughout the resort.

Visitors can look forward to some exciting new experiences at Disneyland Paris, such as the new Cars Route 66 Road Trip, Disney Junior Dream Factory and the entirely re-imagined Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel.

Guests who have non-dated tickets or annual passes will need to register on a new online reservation system, to receive a reservation for park entry prior to their arrival. Guests who already have a dated ticket or a package that includes park entry do not need to register and reserve a date.
