CMV's online training course attracts more than 1,000 agents

Cruise and Maritime Voyages (CMV) is offering continued online training after seeing success in attracting more than 1,000 agents and trade partners to their course.

Lisa Jacobs, head of trade sales at the cruise operator, said: ?We have just presented our latest prize to Leslie Allen from Edwards Holidays in Cardiff. Things have gone so well CMV will be continuing to offer good incentives for those who take the course online.?

Leslie Allen of Edwards Holidays in Cardiff has received a Dyson hairdryer from Alison Leeke, CMV?s business development manager. A prize of a Norwegian Fjords cruise has also been presented for a dedicated fam trip in September.

Lisa Jacobs added: ?We are delighted with trade support for our online training. Taking a recent large sample from 75 partners they have given the course Five Star ratings. This is based on those who completed our survey after the course, which is not compulsory. Among the many comments, it included ?the training was really informative?, ?really good training course? and ?very interesting and informative?."

The online training programme is in association with OTT (Online Travel Training).
