iPass, a provider of mobile services for enterprises and telecom service providers, has published its Q3 Mobile Workforce Report which found that hotel WiFi was second only to having a comfortable bed.?

The report highlighted that WiFi has become a "must-have" for business travellers, trumping other standard amenities such as hotel restaurants, in-room mini-bars and gym facilities. However, according to results from the survey, some 82% of those questioned feel that free hotel WiFi services are limited, slow, and unreliable and 81% have had an unsatisfactory experience with hotel WiFi in the past year.

Some 74% of those questioned stated that a bad WiFi experience in a hotel would prevent a return visit.
