MSC Cruises has launched a new online learning course so travel agents can learn more about its fleet, destinations and services. www.easyasmsc.co.uk goes live on Wednesday 17 June, to coincide with the start of the UK Cruise Convention in Dover.

The new training programme is designed to show agents what MSC Cruises has to offer. It goes into detail on the fleet in , the MSC Yacht Club, MSC Aurea Spa, the MSC Cruises customer profile, destinations and all the services MSC Cruises provides prior to travel. There are also full details on extra packages agents can add on at the time of booking to earn additional commission. Throughout the course, participants are asked to complete a number of tests to see how much they know about MSC Cruises: the pass mark for each test is 90%.

On successful completion of the final test, agents will receive a certificate and also could be chosen to go on board one of the MSC ships for an educational visit. Along the top menu bar there is a course forum and messaging system to allow participants to communicate with others learning about MSC Cruises as well as to send feedback to the MSC Cruises team.

It is worth continuing to check the forum even after completion of the course, to keep up with new prizes and incentives issued throughout the year. To celebrate the launch of Easy as MSC, every agent who registers to and passes the course between 16 and 17 June will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a free cruise for two on MSC Opera, departing Dover on 23 May 2010 and sailing to Northern Europe for 11 nights. The itinerary includes the Russian city St Petersburg, as well as ports in Germany, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands.

Two runners-up will each receive an iPod nano. Register now at www.easyasmsc.co.uk Register now at www.easyasmsc.co.uk
