Almond Resorts has created an online training course giving agents and tour operators the opportunity to learn about the company’s five four star premium all inclusive resorts on Barbados and St Lucia.

The Almond Online Learning Website consists of six modules, each offering information on Almond’s accommodations, facilities, services, concepts, special offers.

Modules, which include Almond Resorts Facts, Almond Resorts Experience, The Resorts, Almond Resorts Family and Adult Concept, Almond Romance and Team Almond, can be completed one module at a time over any length of time.

At the end of each module there is a quick quiz with ten multiple choice questions so that agents can test their knowledge.

The learning website also features a ‘Statistics’ section where agents can monitor their progress and keep record of quiz scores and completed modules. A ‘Marketing Support’ section allows agents to download Almond brochures and provides access to an extensive image gallery. There is also an ‘About You’ section where agents can edit their personal details, view their test scores, and register bookings to redeem free nights as part of the Team Almond rewards scheme.
