Warner Leisure Hotels is launching new spring and summer menus.
The main Come Dine and British Classics menus are changing for the spring at various hotels within the portfolio whilst a Food from the Decades menu is available until May followed by an Around the World themed menu from May to July in the main restaurants at all 13 locations.
The menus offer something for everyone – guests can choose from the traditional carvery options all served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes or they can try something more adventurous such as lobster, crayfish and Champagne bavarois, asparagus and pea ravioli or a red wine‐braised shin of beef.
Until May, guests will also have the opportunity to sample Food from The Decades – a nod to some favourites from the past such as the 'Vesta' curry, a good old fashioned prawn cocktail or coronation chicken.
For the summer themed menus, a selection of international dishes are being created.
A three-night spring break at Corton Coastal Village, Suffolk costs from £199 per person, based on two adults sharing a Premier chalet arriving on May 30.
