This summer, for the first time, families and friends will be able to spend the night in the grounds of Warwick Castle in a riverside woodland grove that features 35 private Bell Tents.

Each Bell Tent is lit, carpeted and waterproof and offers air-bed accommodation with sheepskin throws, storage, a mirror and hot drink-making facilities.

Communal Pamper Tents offer mobile phone charging points, power points, mirrors, hairdryers and a partitioned dressing area, while Communal Games Tents provide a selection of modern and classic family games and toilet and shower facilities stocked with essentials.

Prices are from £150 per night for a family of four between July 20  and September 1.  In addition to a two-day family ticket for entrance the castle, worth £73, a Continental or cooked breakfast; two-day car parking worth £12; and evening medieval entertainment such as Have-a-go Archery, Knights’ School, Jesters’ School and Woodland Wildlife Nature Trail are also included.

The Glampsite is five minutes’ walk from the castle and is located in a quiet woodland glade close to the River Avon, within walking distance of Warwick town centre with its restaurants, traditional pubs and diverse shops.

Medieval Glampers can check in from 16:00 and explore the castle before heading to their Bell Tent.
