Western & Oriental has launched its Worldwide Family Holidays programme for next year offering specialist family-friendly travel to the Mediterranean, Indian Ocean & Arabian Gulf, Caribbean and the Far East.

New Indian Ocean additions include Long Beach in the Maldives and new for the Far East is Melati Beach Resort & Spa on Koh Samui, Angsana Laguna in Phuket, and a wider variety of multi-centre experiences.


The brochure features more than 45 resorts, hotels and experiences and also includes an increased choice of holidays in Europe including Iberostar Anthelia in Tenerife, Domes of Elounda in Crete and on the Greek mainland, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and The Romanos Costa Navarino. In North Africa, Sharm el Sheikh and Tunisia have been added for the first time.


As examples of prices, a seven-night stay at the Sani Beach Hotel in Greece costs from ?509 per person, while the Sani Beach Club, also in Greece, costs from ?539 for seven nights, with both offering a child price of ?189, based on two adults and one child sharing a garden view room on a half-board basis.
Seven nights at the Domes of Elounda on Crete costs from ?755 per adult and ?265 per child, based on two adults and one child sharing an open plan suite on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
