The Travel Network Group has announced a restructure of its Independent Travel Experts business.
The homeworking business was established in 2012 and today has a team of more than 60 members. Since its launch the division has been operating as a stand-alone business within the group, with its own dedicated team, processes and procedures.
However, following a strategic review, the business will see additional resources added to further support individual homeworkers who will have greater access to the group's experience and expertise in its core areas of operations, membership and marketing.
The group's homeworking proposition offers members full operational and sales support seven days a week; a 24-hour support line for clients; full administration support; and a comprehensive documentation service.
