It means that the company will only charge agents if a hotelier charges for cancellations – which is usually nothing unless it is within three days of travel. The company’s managing director, Matt Stuart, said: “The Website will display what and when the hotel will charge for a cancellation prior to an agent making the booking with us, making it a totally transparent system.” Meanwhile, the company has extended its opening hours following agent demand. The new opening hours are 08.30-18.30.
