Tourism Australia (TA), Virgin Australia and Etihad Airways have partnered on a national advertising campaign inviting British holidaymakers to travel on the Etihad Skypass, in partnership with Virgin Australia, including fares from £799 per person return plus two free flights within Australia.


The £870,000 campaign, which has been running this month, uses TA’s ‘There’s nothing like Australia’ global creative and includes multi-channel TV and online advertising, directing consumers to find out more at or to see their travel agent.

Andrew McEvoy, Tourism Australia’s managing director said, “We are thrilled to be working with Etihad Airways and Virgin Australia to show how achievable Australia is for British holidaymakers. There’s nothing like taking a journey in Australia and this campaign encourages people to travel beyond the cities to see stunning beaches, wonderful wildlife and taste the delicious food and wine on offer.”
