All three resorts are hosting fabulously ghoulish breaks throughout the Halloween period jam packed with hair raising activities for the whole family.

 

From 1st October, every family break will have one themed Halloween night. Brand new for 2010 are the Trick or Treat Trails ? a Halloween treasure hunt experience for guests of all ages where families simply solve the spooky clues around the Resorts for fabulous treats at the end.

Also brand new for this Halloween season is ?Horror Behind the Scenes?, a fun and interactive show full of frightening surprises where presenters reveal the tricks of the trade behind scary make-up effects used in horror films. Ghoulish guests are in for a real treat with a huge selection of thrilling entertainment including Spooky Science where Butlins has partnered up with the Institute of Physics enabling kids to carry out real experiments as well as being educational to them; Scary Animals for an up close and personal encounter with creepy crawlies hosted by the Pumpkin Man; spooky late-night Funfair Fright Night where older children and grown ups will love the chills and frills at the late night funfair. The late night funfair session will include street theatre, special effects, lighting and ghosts on rides.

The teens can also enjoy a Silent Disco to dance the night away to some of the biggest Halloween tracks. Other spooky fun for the smaller ones will include Billy?s Monster Band where Billy Bear, Daisy the Cow and friends dress up to perform their spookiest songs, a Little Monsters Fancy Dress Ball where the kids can parade around the Skyline Pavilion in their fancy dress. There will be plenty of Halloween fun with the Skyline Gang, Halloween Arts and Crafts and plenty of ghosts stories at Halloween Story time when Pumpkin Man will tell a spooky bedtime story for tots.

Families can also enjoy a host of live shows featuring scary characters, spooky fancy dress parades and bobbing for apples. For the little ones ?scary make-overs? as a witch or a wizard are also available. Halloween School?s Out Breaks take place between 22 ? 25 or 25 ? 29 October and 29 October ? 1 November with midweek Halloween Breaks also available at Bognor Regis from 1 - 5 November.

Three-night weekend Halloween breaks cost from ?75 per person per break. This break is based on four sharing Silver Self catered accommodation at Butlins Minehead from 22 ? 25 October and includes performances from X Factor?s Stacey Solomon.
