Wendy Wu Tours has issued three new 2014/15 brochures, 'South East Asia', 'India & Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Nepal' and 'Asia Inspirations'.
The South East Asia brochure offers new tours and destinations including a culinary tour in Vietnam, an Eastern & Oriental Express train trip from Bangkok to Singapore, river cruises on the Mekong and Irrawaddy and beach extensions across Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
A new Burma section is also featured offering a range of deluxe tours and private tours, which allows discerning travellers to explore the region with a personal guide.
Prices start from £2,690 for next summer's departures including flights to Rangoon, taxes, transport, accommodation, touring with guides and entrance fees, plus visa fees for UK & EU passport holders.
The operator's India & Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Nepal brochure offers new tours to the rarely visited Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan, a cruise and houseboat stay in the backwaters of Kerala in South India and new experiences in Nepal.
As an example of prices, an 11-day Taste of Nepal tour – which takes travellers from the fertile Kathmandu Valley to the ancient town of Bhaktapur, costs from £2,290 per person.
Meanwhile, the company's 'Asia Inspirations' brochure sees the introduction of a new Northeast Asia section covering Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Mongolia as well as providing options to visit the Chinese municipality of Chongqing with its UNESCO World Heritage sites of the Dazu Rock Carvings and Wulong Karst landscape.
