Silverpop, a digital marketing technology provider that unifies marketing automation, email, mobile and social, has been appointed by Thomas Cook Scheduled Businesses, following a competitive pitch to become the email marketing technology provider for the Netflights, Gold Medal and Pure Luxury brands.

Following a thorough procurement evaluation, the operator appointed the technology provider based on its ability to deliver sophisticated, relevant and engaging email campaigns, as well as flexibly integrating with the company's existing systems.

Using the company's Engage platform, the operator has enhanced its email marketing activity to incorporate behaviour driven campaigns that focus on targeting customers with bespoke messages.
