Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces is launching a new single brand entity, renaming the company: Taj Hotels, Palaces, Resorts & Spas, and Safaris.
As part of this, the hoteliers sub-brands, Vivanta and Gateway, will be rebranded and elevated to the luxury standard typified by the chain.
The Vivanta and Gateway brands were found to be not readily recognised as being part of the Taj family. Noting that many travellers tend to look for easy, singular relationships with hotel providers that they know and trust, the hotelier is consolidating itself under one single brand so as to capture the market and most effectively disseminate its newly propositioned ?Tajness? experience.
53 Vivanta and Gateway hotels will rebrand to Taj hotels by December of this year.
