Superbreak has added a new ‘refine your search’ option to its agents Website, to give agents the ability to provide customers with a more specific choice of hotels to meet their individual needs.

Designed to speed up the search process, agents can now break down a search by price, star rating and location. The new function means agents can apply filters to reduce the amount of hotels that are returned, once the initial destination search is done. For example, if a customer requests a hotel in London, a wide range of hotel options from budget to top end will come up.


Using the ‘refine your search’ box agents can fine tune the search to provide a smaller selection of options to meet the customer’s criteria. Functions include a price bar to knock out hotels that are not within budget; a star rating selection box; a search for key words under a hotel name; and a distance from the centre option.

The company’s national sales manager, Graham Balmforth, said: “This is an important development for our Website and will prove invaluable to agents in speeding up the search process three-fold. When the customers are in front of them they will be able to produce bespoke search results to speed up the booking process and secure the sale.”
