Shearings Holidays has launched its 2015 Grand Tourer programme and announced a range of new service initiatives, aimed at improving the overall customer experience.
The 2015 programme will be showcased in a 99-page brochure, which lands with agents from December 29, promoting the benefits of Shearings’ premium escorted tours and offering details on thedevelopments. The new initiatives, which are based on customer feedback, include the addition of a private lounge area with access to complimentary refreshments and free Wi-Fi, as well as new bespoke ticket booklets, offering tips and advice to customers about their holiday.
The escorted tour operator has also updated its tour and excursion programme, to create an even more special collection of UK & European holidays in 2015.
As part of the extended programme, Shearings is introducing five new UK Grand Tourer itineraries, including ‘Secret Warwick Castle & Stratford’ priced from £384, which features an exclusive tour of Warwick Castle, and ‘Heart of England Railways’ priced from £519, which includes trips on board some of the most scenic railways.
11 New European itineraries are featured this year including ‘Montreux & Swiss Riviera’ priced from £929, which includes a stay in a lakeside hotel and excursions to Evian-les-Bains, Yvoire, Lausanne and Gruyeres, and ‘Italian Gourmet Escape’ priced from £1,049, which includes a tour of Vento and Emilia-Romagna regions and the chance to enjoy classical Italian gourmet experiences.
The operator has also announced that it will be investing in a range of brand new Mercedes Tourismo M Euro V1 coaches with new livery to complement its existing Grand Tourer fleet in 2015.

Incentives for agents include a free prize draw to win a chocolate hamper every day in January and February, while early bird customers can save up to £100 per couple when booking before February 28, 2015.
In addition, the tour operator is also providing great deals for group bookings, with up to four free places for groups of more than 40 people.
