Four years on from the 2012 Games, the Olympic spirit is to return to London on September 10 with a celebration of the Olympic and Paralympic Games taking place in Trafalgar Square.
Dubbed ?Brazil Day 2016?, the free event will take place between 12:00 and 19:00 and offers an opportunity for visitors to enjoy a taste of Brazil?s culture and passion in central London with Brazilian music, DJs, sport and traditional Brazilian food.
The event is being organised by the Embassy of Brazil in London in partnership with Brazil?s Ministry of Sport and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (APEX) and is supported by the Mayor of London. The Rio Olympic Games are taking place between August 5 to 21, and the Paralympics from September 7 to 18.
