The Global Travel Group is encouraging holidaymakers to rate the service of member agents.

As part of a new service in partnership with FEEFO, an online customer feedback platform, anyone who books their travel experience through a member of the consortium will be invited to rate both their holiday, and the service received from the agent who booked it.

The consortium is offering agents exclusive rates for the new service, including free sign up for all agents joining before July 31.

As well as being displayed publicly on the FEEFO site, agents can benefit by integrating the service and customer comments into their own website. The service also offers enhanced Search Engine Optimisation and visibility in Google searches, improved customer service through business intelligence and building trust and transparency with their own customers.

The service will enable agents to upload the customer booking information to the feedback provider, with FEEFO contacting customers upon their return, prompting them for their honest review for future customers to refer to when considering a booking.
