Premier Holidays has developed personalised road books for self-drive US and Canada bookings; created exclusively for fly/drive clients covering four or more centres.
The operator has developed the new road book based on agent feedback, as part of the recent upgrade to client documentation. As a result of listening to recommendations from agents, the operator has made significant changes in improving the quality of their document presentation – with leather ticket wallets now being sent out for the vast majority of bookings.
The company's head of sales and marketing, Debbie Goffin, said: “We have developed the USA and Canada road books in response to agent suggestions and feedback - part of our commitment to agents is to provide quality in everything we produce, including our documentation. We wanted to create something for clients which would not only assist them in the final planning of their itinerary, but would also give them something to refer to whilst in resort.”
The personalised books will be sent out with clients’ travel documents, to assist in planning their self-drive itineraries across North America, and each comes complete with detailed maps and suggested driving itineraries including full directions to each of the hotels in the itinerary.
In addition, agents can take advantage of the operator's agent incentive, earning between £25-£150 per US or Canada booking, dependent on the booking value.
