Plaza Premium Group has introduced a new service to the business called Partner Portal which aims to further develop the company’s working relationship with travel agents.

Following a simple sign up process, the Partner Portal system enables travel agents live access to the real time worldwide lounge booking system ensuring there aren’t any problems with different time zones and double bookings.

Preferential rates are also offered through the portal ensuring agents can offer the best possible service to their customers and help enhance their overall airport experience upon arrival or departure.

Agents can also have access to a dedicated account handler, who will be on hand to answer questions at any time. Further to the perks for their customers, travel agents signed up to Partner Portal are also entitled to a 20% discount, which can be used via the online booking system.

The discount has been set up so travel agents can experience the lounges for themselves, therefore helping to sell the service to their customers. All agents need to do is show a valid ITATA card to the lounge reception on arrival.

The group currently has four lounges within Heathrow Airport; Terminal 2 arrivals and in Terminal 2 departures, as well as a departures lounge in Terminal 4 and a newly opened lounge in Terminal 4 arrivals.
