Planet Holidays has issued its 2016 brochure this week with a bigger focus on Greece, including many of its smaller lesser-known islands.

The 244-page brochure features holidays in Greece and Cyprus for all budgets and includes a wide choice of four- and five-star resorts, plus a few special three-star hotels.

There are all-inclusive options, adult-only hotels, family-friendly resorts plus villas with pools, studios and apartments. There are also short break options, plus spa and golfing holidays.

In Greece new islands for 2016 include Ithaca, the smallest of the Ionian Islands, Folegandros and Sifnos, which both belong to the Cyclades group of islands, Milos, Paros, Naxos, Skopelos and Alonissos. Other smaller islands featured include Amorgos, Spetses and Thassos.

The operator features 20 Greek islands in total, including some of the most popular islands such as Crete, Corfu, Rhodes, Kos, Santorini and Mykonos, many of which have new hotels added for 2016.

On the mainland the programme features a bigger selection of hotels in Athens, Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, plus Sivota and Parga located in Epirus and The Peloponnese.

In Cyprus the main resorts of Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Pissouri and Agia Napa are offered, as well as lesser known places such as Western Cyprus and the Troodos Mountains.
