Paul Gauguin Cruises, operator of luxury cruise ship, the MS Paul Gauguin, has revealed the completion of a $7million renovation – the largest in the ship’s 14-year history.

The renovation took place during the ship’s ten-night crossing from Tahiti to Brisbane, as well as during the 11-night drydock that followed, when extensive enhancements were made to both the interiors and exteriors of the ship. Renovations include new flooring and replaced carpeting, new furniture, new window treatments and decorative wall panels and new signage. All suites and staterooms also now feature new teak railings on the balconies and new bathroom flooring.

Prices for cruises start from £3,635 per person for a seven-night Tahiti & The Society Islands cruise round trip from Papeete, visiting Raiatea, Taha’a, Bora Bora and Moorea. Prices include Economy flights from the UK, transfers, a night in Los Angeles, use of a day room post cruise and seven nights on the Paul Gauguin in an ocean-view stateroom with all meals, soft drinks, selected alcoholic beverages and gratuities.
