p>Elite Island Resorts has teamed up with double Olympic gold medallist and recent I?m A Celebrity contestant Becky Adlington OBE and Virgin Holidays to launch a swim workshop for guests at Palm Island Resort.

The free workshop, taking place from May 4-7, will combine learning about the health and therapeutic benefits of sea swimming with holidaying in the Caribbean.

Guests will have the opportunity for one-to-one time with Becky, who will be able to advise beginners as well as the more experienced swimmers on the benefits of swimming as a sport to incorporate into daily routines.

Adlington said: ?Swimming is my life, in and out of its role for me as a competitive sport. What better place to share the wider ways in which it has impacted on my life physically, emotionally and overall wellbeing than on a stunning private island with still turquoise waters to demonstrate that in.?

Spa suites have also been introduced at four of the group?s resorts. Guests can choose five spa treatments within a week?s all-inclusive spa stay from a specially designed spa menu. Bath robes and spa packs, including an exfoliating cleanser, sun protection cream and after sun mist for face and body will also be included.

The spa packages are available at The Verandah Resort & Spa and St James?s Club & Villas in Antigua and The Club Resort & Spa in Barbados. The package is also available at the St James?s Club Morgan Bay, Saint Lucia, where a sketch club has also been introduced. Illustrator Adam Stower will lead a series of family-friendly classes, the first of which will be from May 5-9, highlighting painting techniques suitable for all ages.

To make booking easier for agents, the company has launched the UK?s first online bookable interline site. Interline By Elite enables agents to make confirmed bookings and check availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week. New reduced prices for agents have been introduced to encourage more of them to see the Caribbean resorts for themselves.

Special prices to St James?s Club Morgan Bay now start from ?42 per person per night, all-inclusive. Other offers include The Club Barbados Resort & Spa from ?52 per person per night, all-inclusive in January and The Verandah Resort & Spa from ?58. All rates are for stays at any time from April-December and prices are designed exclusively for travel industry staff and their families for their own holidays.
