Insurance provider, P J Hayman, has revealed that it would cost £29,291 and 123 days to see the 100 Wonders of the Modern World.

The company has estimated that people would spend £18,431 on travel expenses, £5,731 on daily living expenses, £481 on visas, £3,972 on accommodation, £590 on entry fees to attractions and £86 on travel insurance. They would visit 44 countries, take more than 90 flights plus a variety of other transport.

After accommodation costs, entry fees and direct travel costs were accounted for, we estimate that the traveller would spend an additional £46.59 per day to cover other eventualities including food, toiletries and souvenirs.
