Oceania CruisesOceania Cruises has unveiled a suite of new guest service enhancements as part of the line's OceaniaNEXT initiative.

Travel agents and their clients can now utilise shipboard credit prior to departure to buy shore excursions and land tours, on board beverage packages, culinary classes, and dining experiences at La Reserve and Privée. Credit can also be used for voyages departing on or after May 19, 2019 via the 'already booked' section of oceaniacruises.com, the Travel Agent Centre, or by calling passenger services on 03455-051920.

The home page of the cruise line's website has been redesigned to provide a more intuitive navigation. The line’s dedicated Travel Agent Centre also features a host of updates to the marketing tools, tips and training, and travel advisor benefits sections. Additional updates to OceaniaCruises.com and the Travel Agent Centre will be rolled out in 2019. 

A new pre-cruise savings programme and luggage valet service are among some of the other guest experiences introduced by the company.
