Wendy Wu Tours has launched a newly designed website with improved functionality, more inspiring content and fully responsive for tablet and mobile.
The new site makes it easier for customers to share their favourite tours with easily visible social sharing buttons, while travel agents now have faster access to relevant information, helping them to provide a greater level of service to their customers.
Michelle Laverick, the company’s head of global e-commerce, said: “We’ve been listening to our customers and our trade partners over the last few months about how we could improve our website. We’ve been reviewing the usability, across all devices, and the content available, with the aim to help the user select the right tour - from over 170 tours available. We know touring in Asia is an amazing experience – and we wanted to make sure our website did Asia and the Wendy Wu touring experience justice. In addition we will have an XML feed enabling our key trade partners easy access to the tour content to help agents sell tours more easily. This is just phase one with more exciting developments coming over the coming weeks and months.”
