As part of its product offering for Malta, Belleair has introduced ‘Perfect Days’ wintersun programme, designed specifically with the 50-plus holidaymaker in mind.

For those looking to escape the winter chill, a selection of hand-picked, fully hosted holidays on the Maltese coast at Qawra are on offer, with stays at the newly refurbished four-star Seashells at Suncrest Hotel also available.

Holidaymakers looking to spend a month or more away can also take advantage of the operator’s ‘Long Stay Holidays’ with special rates and discounts, free room upgrades, reduced rates on half-board options and other meal upgrades.

In other news, the operator has also announced some changes for this year including the introduction of new destinations.

The new programme offers agents a choice of more than 20 European and worldwide destinations for winter 2015 and summer 2016. Adding to its base expertise of Malta, Gozo and Italy, the operator now offers agents the opportunity to sell Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, the Algarve, Madeira, Cape Verde, Spain’s Canaries, Egypt, Morocco, UAE, South Africa, Seychelles, Mauritius, Goa, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Las Vegas and Florida.

The brochure also features more four- and five-star accommodation across the new portfolio, creating a more upmarket programme for discerning travellers who are looking for affordable luxury.

Also new is a Cruise and Stay programme, with agents having access to cruise holidays from companies such as Norwegian Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Carnival, with a fully bonded ATOL status enabling independent agents the opportunity to package cruise holidays for their customers.

Craig Davidson, director of sales for the operator, said: “We’re delighted and hugely excited to be able to expand our portfolio on this scale. To go from being experts in the field for Malta, Gozo and Italy, to offering more than 20 European and other worldwide destinations is testament to our expertise and a product of our continued commitment to the trade.

“Agents can feel confident that the same expertise we offer with Malta, Gozo and Italy, can be had with these new destinations. The new programme will see us carry on working with specialist hotels and ground handling agencies, to ensure that the high levels of service and expertise that go hand in hand with our reputation continues.

“We are also extremely proud to be able to expand our overall offering into the cruise sector, and aim to bring the expertise and bonding required to effectively sell cruise packages to our agent partners and their customers, making the overall research and booking process a smooth, seamless experience.”
