UTracks has launched a selection of new tours for families to its portfolio.

As examples, a six-day Dolomites Family Adventure has been designed to appeal to all members of the family from aged seven upwards to explore the Italian mountain range and visit the alpine towns of Cortina and Corvara. Eight departure dates are available until the end of October, with prices leading in at £1,090 per adult and £890 per child. A seven-day Mozart Cycle traces the legacies of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart on a self-guided cycling tour. It departs daily until October 31 and costs from £595 per person.

Meanwhile, a six-day Stevenson Trail Family Adventure follows the route of author Robert Louis Stevenson that prompted his book, Travel With a Donkey in the Cévennes. The tour takes in the section between the Haute-Loire town of Le Puy and Chasseradès in Lozére. The relaxed pace of the walk and the support of donkeys who carry the luggage make this an ideal option for the whole family. It departs every Monday until August 30 and costs from £520 per adult and £360 per child. Prices include accommodation, most meals, equipment rental, tour guides, luggage transfers between hotels (where applicable) and maps with images. Flights from the UK are not included but can be booked on request.
