Shearings Holidays has launched its largest marketing campaign this month, showcasing its expanded holiday offering for this year, including additions to its air, river cruise and sea cruise programmes, as well as a number of new destinations outside Europe.

The campaign’s aim is to show both customers and agents how the company has evolved from a coach holiday operator to a provider of escorted tours and individual holidays, catering for a more diverse customer base including independent travellers.


The operator’s commercial director, Caroline Brown, said: “The thinking behind the campaign was to portray how we have diversified in recent years beyond our core UK coach and European escorted tour business, and for 2010 we’re offering our widest ever choice of holidays.

“We’ve introduced nine new river cruises, 23 sea cruises, a new portfolio of regional European short breaks and a range of new destinations in the UK and Europe, available by air, coach and rail.”

The campaign also highlights early booking offers, including up to £100 saving per couple on a river cruise when booked by January 31.
