This November sees the opening of a new style of all-inclusive property on Barbados with the launch of Sugar Bay Barbados.
Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Historic Garrison, on the south of the island, the resort is set on five-and-a-half acres with 150m of white sandy beachfront and a calm ocean lagoon.
Offering 138 ocean, garden or pool view rooms and suites, complete with their own private balconies, the four-star hotel offers eclectic décor in a boho-chic style with vintage furniture and jewel-toned colours. A range of activities are also offered including water and land based activities, along with spa treatments and an extensive children’s programme.
The venue also offers beach and garden wedding venues and a free wedding package for stays of seven nights or more.
Children aged up to two stay free up to maximum occupancy, with the first child aged between three and 16 years staying free.
The resort is on sale with all major UK tour operators and bed banks providing special grand opening offers. As an example or prices, a seven-night stay with Hayes and Jarvis leads in at £1,399, saving £349 per person, based on two sharing a signature room on an all-inclusive basis and including flights with Virgin Atlantic from Gatwick.
