To celebrate National Cruise Week (September15 to 23), MSC Cruises is offering free On Board Credit for any 2013 booking made during that week. The promotion applies to any ship in the MSC fleet.

The amount of On Board Credit offered depends on the cabin category booked. Passengers in a Category 1 inside cabin for example will receive £10 OBC per person; for a Cateogry 7 outside cabin they will receive £70 OBC pp rising to £130 OBC pp for a category 13 Aurea Suite.

On Board Credit is offered per person rather than per cabin and can be spent on any incidentals.

To take advantage of the offer, bookings must be made between September15 and 23, 2012. An example package for 2013 is a seven-night ex-UK cruise onboard MSC Opera, departing on May 18, 2013 from Southampton and calling at IJmuiden, Flaam, Stavanger and Oslo before arriving back at Southampton on May 25. Prices start from £519 per person based on cruise only. This offer also includes free car parking at Southampton port or Free National Express coach transfer from UK scheduled departure points.
