Meli? merges B2C and B2B loyalty programmes

Meli? Hotels International has merged its B2B and B2C loyalty programmes to make Meli?Rewards its single unique loyalty programme for consumers and industry professionals. 

It also now includes all of the members of Meli? PRO Rewards, the B2B loyalty programme, adding more than eight million active members worldwide. Members can enjoy exclusive benefits, including extras and discounts in hotels, flexible payment combining points plus cash, the Meli? Rewards Shopping online store and an extensive portfolio of partner companies through which members can redeem points for various products and services. 

Meli? PRO Rewards members have been automatically transferred to the Meli?Rewards programme and the points in their accounts have been automatically doubled. Travel industry professionals who sign up for Meli?Rewards will now also receive 2,000 bonus points as a welcome gift.

The merger of the two programmes means that professional members will get discounts of up to 20% on Meli?Rewards rates and other benefits. Members can earn points for both their professional and personal activity and also gain access to Meli? PRO Certificates, an e-learning platform which helps them gain in-depth knowledge of the company's brands and up to 12,000 extra Meli?Rewards points.
