Accor has launched a Meet, Mix and Match package which offers UK and US-based conference agents the choice of four complimentary options when booking large scale meetings and conferences.
The package offers flexibility of choice and can be specifically tailored to clients who are able to choose one of the following complimentary offers: complimentary cocktail and canapé reception; one complimentary place for every ten-day delegates; complimentary dinner for delegates during their stay; and complimentary meeting room set-up the day prior to the event.
The offer is available for all meetings booked by October 31 and taking place by February 28, 2014. It is available across 400 hotels in the hotel group's European network at brands including Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure and Ibis.
In addition to the complimentary offers, agents are also being offered 15% commission on meeting or group event bookings made by October 31 at one of the company's hotels.
