Mark Warner brings new resort to Greece's Ionian coast

Mark Warner is exapanding its summer programme with the opening of a new resort on the Ionian coast of western Greece for 2019.

The Paleros Beach Resort will undergo a multi-million renovation before opening in May of next year and will feature 130 rooms - including doubles, suites and family rooms - all furnished to a five-star standard.

The tour operator will be offering its complete range of activites and services at the resort, with the option for guests to enjoy sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, SUP boarding, tennis, biking with guided tours and a variety of fitness classes, all included in the cost of the holiday.

A free childcare service is available in resort for children aged two to 17 with age appropriate activity programmes. Childcare is also available for families with infants aged from four months to two years but is chargeable.

Guests will have an option to go half-board with breakfast and dinner or upgrade to the full-board to include lunch.

The opening marks an important step for company, following the opening of Phokaia Beach Resort in Turkey earlier this year. David Hopkins, the operator's managing director, said: ?This marks a significant step in Mark Warner's evolution and represents a wonderful chance for us to tailor make this fantastic resort to our guests' requirements.?

Prices start from ?799 per person which includes flights, resort transfers, accommodation, half-board, water sports, cycling, tennis, and childcare.

To celebrate the launch of the new resort, the company is also offering an extra discount when guests book now for 2019. Clients can save ?50 per person off holidays in May, June and October (quote PAL50) and ?100 off per person on bookings for July and August (quote PAL100).
