The Tunisian National Tourist Office has announced a new project to offer a new perspective on Tunisia.
From 31st May to 2nd June, a simultaneous campaign will be run across five major European cities: Paris, Berlin, Brussels, Milan and London.
The campaign will involve graphics panels, situated in carefully chosen locations in these cities, which will offer passers-by an insight into life in Tunisia. This will be an opportunity to pause, take a breath of fresh air, and see things in a different light; a few moments of being transported to a different country.
It will be a unique opportunity to experience the real Tunisia and see life from the point of view of Tunisians. Follow the campaign on social media with the hashtag #TrueTunisia.
Three iconic Tunisian locations have been filmed and the unedited footage will be shown from 7am to 7pm simultaneously in the sites of the European cities.
The Tunisian locations are: ʻthe coastal windowʼ showing the pearl of the Mediterranean, Hammamet; ʻthe urban windowʼshowing Sidi Bou Said, the picturesque town known for its blue and white architecture; and ʻthe window on the earthʼ showing the enchanting desert landscape of Tozeur.
The graphic panel displays in bus shelters are specifically equipped and connect to a technical platform developed specifically by JC Decaux. In London, the location for this display is at the entrance to Old Spitalfields Market.
