Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA) says it is gearing up for a busy August Bank Holiday weekend, with an estimated 24,000 passengers expected to fly off for a break.

The most popular destinations include Majorca and Alicante and the top short break destinations include Dublin and Krakow.


Tony Hallwood, Leeds Bradford International Airport’s commercial diirector said; “We are delighted to see so many passengers take advantage of the long weekend Bank Holiday with an end of summer beach or city break. As Yorkshire’s Gateway airport we also look forward to welcoming inbound visitors to experience the region's beautiful destinations, rich culture and famous hospitality.”
