and Gay Star News have announced their official partnership for Pride 2015. As part of the partnership, the online hotel booking site is set to feature at each of the four UK Pride weekends and intends to work with Gay Star News to raise both brand profiles.

The company has boosted its marketing and partnerships activity around events and occasions in recent months to coincide with repositioning its focus to become an enabler of events and occasions – to ‘Make it Happen’. The launch of a new tool, is also helping to position the brand alongside weddings, another key driver for hotel bookings.

Andrea Tarpey, head of communications for the hotel reservations website, said: “With people travelling from far and wide to go along to the summer’s Pride events, working with Gay Star News made perfect sense to us and we’re all incredibly excited to be involved. Pride is such an iconic event series and the potential to do something fun as part of this partnership really appealed to us – it’s a great fit in terms of our brand and personality.

“We intend to have plenty of fun at each of the Pride weekends and will also be holding a golden ticket competition where a prize will be up for grabs to parade-goers. People will be able to keep up to date with our antics through"

Pride weekend dates are:

Birmingham - May 23

London - June 21-28
