This year’s event, which is being held in aid of the Canova Monument Appeal, takes place at London’s Royal Geographical Society on Tuesday, April 16 and starts at 7.00 pm.
Director of the Royal Collection, Jonathan Marsden CVO FSA, will deliver the 2013 lecture, entitled ‘The Phidias of modern times’ : Antonio Canova and George IV, Regent and King’.
