Following a recent restructuring of its operations, ABTA, The Travel Association, announced today that Keith Richards would be leaving the organisation in April 2010. ABTA chief executive Mark Tanzer said: “Keith has given tremendous service as part of ABTA’s management team for more than a decade, first as Head of Consumer Affairs, modernising the consumer facing aspects of ABTA, including our successful arbitration and redress schemes. As Head of Professional Development, he has helped build the industry’s awareness of sustainability and accessibility, and is now recognised in Europe as an authority on these issues. We wish him well in the future.”
