Qatar Airways and Tourism Western Australia have launched a marketing campaign to promote the airline’s new daily flights from the UK to Perth.


The new 19-hour service, which commenced on December 1, departs from Heathrow and Manchester via Doha and is reportedly one of the fastest routes to Australia from the UK.

The campaign will target the trade through a series of co-operative campaigns and fam trips, and will include digital advertising and media partnerships.

The partnership will also highlight the tourism board’s ‘Experience Extraordinary’ campaign, which promotes the experiences on offer in Western Australia.
