?Geneva Tourism & Conventions unveils bespoke pocket maps offering ?Amazing Experiences? tailored to key international markets

?Geneva is offering tailored destination guides to its key international markets with the launch of bespoke pocket maps. Each of the nine editions include tailored tips highlighting the city?s top attractions for specific geographic audiences. Six guides have been published to-date ? catering for the Russian, Chinese, Middle Eastern, UK/US, Swiss-German/German markets as well as the city?s own residents.?A further three editions for Spanish, Brazilian and Indian audiences set to be in place by the end of the year.

The pocket maps are designed to highlight not the city?s Top 10 ?must-see? sights and a further eight of the city?s? ?hidden gems? specifically related to each of the individual markets.

Each pocket map is jointly published in the native language of the region and in English, inviting visitors to either follow their own tour, or mix and match with elements of other international itineraries ? there are 80? experiences within the guides alongside the shared Top Ten ?not to be missed? sights. Each edition also contains an illustrated map of Geneva with all the attractions marked.

Commenting on the initiative, Philippe Vignon, managing director of Geneva Tourism & Conventions said: ?We are proud to be the first city to introduce this bespoke, personalised approach for our international visitors. We look forward to highlighting Geneva?s hidden gems - . it is a city of surprises and there are amazing experiences to be discovered!?

The pocket maps will be widely distributed throughout Geneva at the Geneva Tourism & Conventions welcome desk (city centre) and to tour operators and travel agents. Digital editions can also be downloaded from www.geneva-tourism.ch.
