Hurtigruten has launched its 2012 Norway brochure with a new design that focuses on the four seasons in Norway and the different experiences each season offers.

A new ‘Spring Awakening’ onboard concept has also been introduced which includes new onboard activities and a kayaking land excursion.

The new design now incorporates a flight inclusive section detailing the operator’s charter programme and a new port-to-port section.

The four sections – Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, detail what to expect in each season and gives the pricing for the four classic voyages plus the excursions available. Aimed at making it easier for agents to sell its voyages, a quick guide on when to travel and why is also featured. For example, the Northern Lights in the winter, the Midnight sun in the Summer or the opening of Geirangerfjord in the Spring.

To drive sales two early booking offers are available - a 10% discount on all bookings made before December 31 and 10% discount on bookings made until February 29, 2012 for departures between September 15 and December 31.

Meanwhile, the Opera themed voyage is a 12-day full round trip in January (previously four days) and alongside the set programme of concerts, additional concerts ashore can be added. Prices lead in at £1,232 per person for a January 6 departure.
