Hayes and Jarvis has launched a Worldwide brochure for 2013/14, showcasing all of the operator’s destinations. Valid for bookings from September 2013 to March 31, 2015, the brochure follows last year’s destination guide format but enhances this with more useful country profiles, fact facts, maps and tips for agents to use.
As a result of the significant expansion of Worldwide this year, the operator has taken the decision to stop producing standalone brochures for specific destinations. The decision fits with the company's focus on offering the multi-dimensional, multi-centre holidays that its customers are now requesting, rather than traditional single-centre beach breaks.
The operator’s latest Long Haul Trend Report confirmed growing demand for this kind of holiday as sales have boomed for more complex trips that combine culture and heritage with city breaks and beach stays. In keeping with this, twin and multi-centre suggestions have been incorporated into specific hotel and resort pages rather than keeping them separate.
New Latin America destinations in the brochure include Ecuador, Chile and Easter Island and new Caribbean destinations include Turks & Caicos, St Vincent and Palm Island. The programme also showcases new tours in India (in Bhutan and Nepal), as well as three new five-star properties in Cancun.
