Haven is set to launch a new Football Academy for 2015, while its Devon Cliffs resort will welcome new Beach House developments.

Other refurbishments that will be seen across the operator's network include extensive swimming pool redevelopments, bar and restaurant extensions and improvements to a range of outdoor facilities, all of which will be completed in time for the parks re-opening in March.

The new Football Academy will be run by dedicated coaches and offers children (aged between five and 16) the opportunity to learn more about the sport including football tips and tricks. Certificates and prizes will be awarded to all those who take part and sessions will be available at all parks except Reighton Sands, Riviere Sands and Lydstep Beach.

Devon Cliffs is set to receive newly built, luxury Beach Houses, which will feature as two units and are located near the South Beach Café, offering verandas and access to a private sandy play area.
Meanwhile, guests who prefer outdoor adventure will welcome the new Safari Tents being added to Greenacres, Kiln Park, Littelsea, Seaview and Wild Duck.

The company's touring facilities have also been enhanced with new touring areas added to Greenacres and Seton Sands and new touring pitches added to Caister-on-Sea and Presthaven. Haggerston Castle will upgrade its ropes course to a larger Aerial Adventure and at Combe Haven the indoor SportsDrome is being refurbished to include a viewing gallery where guests can order drinks and snacks.

Other developments for next year include an extensive refurbishment of the indoor swimming pool complex at Craig Tara, which will include a new toddlers’ pool, multi-lane speed slide, flume rides, water jets and waterfalls; a new 'Sandcastle Lagoon’ at Craig Tara, which offers a quieter family-friendly pool with a gentle beach entry, water jet seating and deck chair terraces; an indoor pool refurbishment at Littlesea to offer a new poolside viewing terrace; and new additions at Seashore including the refurbishment of the bar and restaurant to include a new beachside terrace.

A short break costs from £89 per family, based on selected off-peak, four-night breaks staying in a standard two-bedroom caravan that sleeps up to six people at selected parks on selected dates. The price includes the exclusive 5% discount for travel agent customers only.
